this is just a short section. As I already mentioned in the article before, after I had been to the Loo Erf it was really hard, or almost impossible for me to go back home, especially in that time of my life. I had just tasted for the first time what it was like to live on my own and it was hard for me to imagine going back to the life before that. I felt the urge to be and stay independant. For me it felt as if I needed to find a place where I would not be too close to my parents. So after careful considerations I decided I wanted to live in Deventer, and go to school there.
in my time at the Loo Erf I also discovered a radio station called radio 538, which is still my favorite and it is playing now at this very moment while I am writing this. There was a lot of great music out then, a lot of which is now not played anymore on the radio. that time of my life is so important to me, and I really want to keep those memories of how I became an independant person alive. that is why this part of my life gets a lot of attention on my website and also why my friends and I have made a list of music that was popular at that time, which we call the independance list, and whenever I feel like thinking back on that time, that's what I play and the memories come back so lively it is almost as if I am reliving that time of my life.
